Why Use LED's?

These lights are the same little lights that you have been seeing for years on your electronic toys and gizmos like your computer lights when you turn it on. With advances in technology, the LED's have become the brightest lights in the industry. The Automotive Industry has also been using them for you on the third brake light systems, because of the intense brightness and quick response.

LED's have become a primary tool for architecture, interior designers and lighting professionals who've gone beyond the limits of conventional light sources......and found something better.

The famous long life of LED's, typically 100,000 hours, are about 10 times the life span of your average incandescent lamp. Plus, they have no filament to burn out, are vibration and shock proof and can withstand higher heat conditions. In the case of our "Starlight Industries" LED, it can also operate in severely wet conditions.

LED's operate without the use of transformers and use very small wires (22 gauge) to attach to any 12 Volt wiring system. They do not interfere with radio operation, and best of all, pull a minimum of power. Approximately 1/10th the power of comparable incandescent bulbs. Our "Starlight Industries" LED is directional in illumination, from 15� to 45� from center of light, so the light is focused and more intense.
